What is Distinctively Relish?

What kind of trip information does Helen Thompson Travel provide to travellers?

When you book an HTT Relish Culinary Tour, we send you a comprehensive information package that includes a detailed Itinerary, personal preference questionaire, helpful information for planning for your trip, including maps and detailed route suggestions with background on each sight of interest, a fabulous restaurant selection for you to try on your free time as well as suggestions for some of the best shopping to be found in each destination.

Who typically travels with Relish Culinary Tours?

Helen Thompson Travel's Relish Culinary Tours typically appeal to like-minded gastro-nomads between the ages of 25 to 70, both singles and couples, with the majority of our client-base coming from Canada and the United States.

Culinary adventures are the focus of any Relish trip. Between experiencing the most prestigious gastronomic venues, discovering a local hidden gem and even rolling up your sleeves in a kitchen once or twice, you do not have to be a chef or expert on food and wine, but you do have to love it.

What's a single supplement?

Because our hotel prices are based on double/twin bedrooms, we have to charge a single supplement to an individual traveller who prefers a private room on a trip. How far ahead should I book?

Most travellers book about five to six months in advance. We will however accept booking up untill 30 days prior to departure based on availability. For all the details on our reservation, payment and cancellation policies, please see Terms and Conditions
